Candidates and representatives: 2 days to report irregularities in councilor appointment

The Resolution of March 5, 2026, announces the appointment of Leire Sagarzazu as councilor in Lakuntza (Navara) due to vacancy from the 2023 local elections. Representatives of political candidates may report irregularities within two days of publication in the BOE, in accordance with point 2 of paragraph 2 of Instruction 1/2025 (art. 2). This period allows interested parties to review the file and raise objections before appointment occurs.
