The IV State Framework Collective Agreement for educational leisure and sociocultural animation has been published and will enter into force on 11 March 2026, remaining in effect until 31 December 2027. This agreement applies to sociocultural animation centres and is regulated in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010. Its term is subject to extension.
Sociocultural animation centres must incorporate the new collective agreement conditions starting from 11 March 2026. Employees in these centres will benefit from the newly established working conditions. Public administrations and management companies must update their procedures for implementing the agreement. Advisors must provide information regarding the changes to the labour framework within these centres.
