The collective agreement for Exolum Aviation, SA, has been registered and published in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015, taking effect from 1 January 2025. The regulation does not introduce changes to the labour regime but formalises the publication of a pre-existing agreement.

Labour advisors must update their reports and guidance to reflect the new terms. Authorities must verify the publication of the agreement in the National Registry of Collective Agreements.
