The 'feminist demonstrations of March 8th' are declared a Place of Democratic Memory

The Secretary of State for Democratic Memory declares 'the feminist demonstrations of March 8th' as a Place of Democratic Memory, in accordance with Law 20/2022 (art. 52.1). This declaration aims to commemorate the historical struggle of women for their rights and equality. The Administration will promote dissemination measures, audiovisual resources, and the installation of commemorative plaques or panels.
