The Resolution of 22 December 2025 publishes the Collective Agreement for World Duty Free Group, SA, which comes into force on 9 January 2026. This agreement is effective from that date and remains in force until 31 December 2028, subject to extension. The text is based on Articles 90.2 and 3 of the Workers' Statute Law and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May.
A new framework of working conditions will apply to employees and employers of World Duty Free Group, SA, from 9 January 2026. Companies must align their labour practices with the new agreement.
