Summary
The February 23, 2026 resolution publishes the 2026 salary tables approved by the parity commission for the Contact Center collective agreement. These tables must be implemented by contracting companies within 30 days of publication, as stipulated in articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015. The update introduces an official salary framework replacing the previous 2023-approved tables.
