This Royal Decree expands the agricultural administration functions and services transferred to the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha by Royal Decree 1079/1985, in accordance with Royal Decree 1064/1983 and the fifth transitional provision of the Statute approved by Organic Law 9/1982. The transfer of functions will take effect on 3 March 2026, the date of publication in the DOCM. The expansion pertains to the scope of agricultural reform and development.
