Autonomous communities can extend agricultural functions transferred to state from March 3, 2026

This Royal Decree extends agricultural administration functions transferred to Castilla-La Mancha by Royal Decree 1079/1985, as provided in Royal Decree 1064/1983 and the transitional provision 5 of the Statute approved by Organic Law 9/1982. The transfer takes effect from March 3, 2026, the publication date in the DOCM. The extension applies to agricultural reform and development.
