Suppression of additional provision 2 and reference in article 5.a) of public sanitation collective agreement

The February 6, 2026 Resolution removes additional provision 2 and the referenced clause in article 5.a) of the public sanitation collective agreement, published on October 15, 2026, in accordance with articles 90.2 and 90.3 of the Workers' Statute and Royal Decree 713/2010 of May 28.
