The Resolution of 6 February 2026 repeals additional provision 2 and the provisions of article 5(a) of the collective agreement for the public sanitation, street cleaning and waste management sector, previously published on 15 October 2026. This repeal is carried out in accordance with article 90.2 and 3 of the Workers' Statute Law and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May.
