Financial firms to apply new collective agreement from 1 January 2025

The new collective agreement for financial credit establishments comes into force on 1 January 2025, as provided in articles 90.2 and 90.3 of the Workers' Statute Law. It replaces the previous agreement published in July 2023 and is valid until 31 December 2025, subject to possible extension.
