Building cleaning companies: 30 days to implement collective agreement changes

The Resolution of 26 January 2026 updates the sectoral collective agreement for building cleaning, amended to the 2013 original. The changes to working conditions apply under Articles 90.2 and 90.3 of the Workers' Statute. Companies must implement these changes in their practices within 30 days of publication (Article 9).
