Businesses and administrations: 3 months to adapt processes in residential market tension zones

The Resolution of 30 January 2026 publishes residential market tension zones declared in Q4 2025, pursuant to article 18.2.d) of Law 12/2023. Zones such as Hernani and Lezo require administrations and real estate operators to adjust their intervention processes to ensure housing rights.
