Ministry of Social Rights: approval of the new Information Security Policy for its electronic administration

Order DCA/48/2026 approves the new Information Security Policy for the electronic administration of the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda. This provision repeals the previous policies contained in Order CSM/418/2022 and Order DSA/1142/2021, acting in accordance with Art. 12.3 of Royal Decree 311/2022. The objective is to update IT and telecommunications security standards within the scope of this Ministry.
