Euro Pool System Spain: new collective agreement applies to entire workforce from 1 January 2026

The III Collective Agreement between Euro Pool System Spain, SLU, and the trade unions UGT and CCOO is registered and published. It regulates labour relations and aims to improve productivity and working conditions (art. 1). It is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029 (art. 2.3).

In 3 key points

  1. Validity from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029, art. 2.3 (art. 2.3)
  2. Automatic extension by calendar years if no notice is given three months in advance, art. 3.1 (art. 3.1)
  3. Management has the authority to establish work organisation systems, shifts and job postings, art. 9 (art. 9)

How it affects those involved

For Euro Pool System Spain employees, the agreement ensures the application of agreed conditions regardless of employment status, provided they are not excluded under Royal Decree 2/2015 (art. 2.2). For the company, the agreement grants the right to organise work, including changes to posts and shifts (art. 9). The agreement will be automatically extended year by year in the absence of a three-month notice to terminate (art. 3.1).
