Real estate management companies: application of definitive 2026 salary scales with a 3% increase

The Directorate General of Labour has registered the Minutes of the Joint Commission for the VIII State Collective Agreement for real estate management and mediation companies. This resolution rectifies previous errors and establishes the definitive salary scales for the 2026 financial year, applying a 3% increase over the 2025 scales, as the CPI variation (2.9% for 2026) is lower than the agreed minimum wage increase (Art. 28).

In 3 key points

  1. 3% salary increase over the 2025 scales for the 2026 financial year, Art. 28 (art. 28)
  2. The CPI variation for 2026 is set at 2.9%, which is lower than the mandatory 3% salary increase, per the Joint Commission minutes (Acuerdos, Primero)
  3. Teleworking compensation set at EUR 1.60 per day for 2026, Annex I (Anexo I)

How it affects those involved

For companies in the real estate sector, the regulation mandates the application of the new minimum salaries and updated supplements for 2026 (Art. 1). Affected workers will see increases in their basic salaries, polyvalence, responsibility, and affiliation bonuses, as well as the rate for overtime, teleworking allowances, and mileage compensation (Annex I).
