The 8th Collective Agreement for the company Recuperación de Materiales Diversos, SA, has been registered and published following its signing by the company and worker representatives from the León and Sevilla centres (Resolution of 6 August 2026). The agreement regulates labour relations within the activity of purchasing, selling, and recovering materials such as rubber, aluminium, or copper (Art. 1). It has a three-year term, running from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028 (Art. 4).
For employees at the company's Ardoncino (León) and Aznalcóllar (Sevilla) centres, the agreement establishes the working conditions applicable during the 2026–2028 period (Art. 2). The company is bound by the rules negotiated with the Works Council and the Personnel Delegate (Art. 1). The scope of application specifically excludes workers mentioned in Article 1.3 of the Workers' Statute (Art. 3).
