Rail contracting companies: Application of XXIV Collective Agreement with economic effects from 1 January 2026

The XXIV Collective Agreement for Rail Contractors is published, regulating labour relations in disinfection, cleaning, loading/unloading and rail manoeuvres (art. 2). The agreement has a four-year validity, ending 31 December 2029 (art. 4). Although it comes into force the day after publication, its economic effects are retroactive from 1 January 2026 (art. 3).
