Third Sector Social Action Entities: new framework to obtain recognition as collaborators with the AGE

Royal Decree 592/2026 establishes the procedural framework for Third Sector Social Action entities to obtain official recognition as collaborators with the General State Administration (AGE). This regulation develops the provisions of Law 43/2015 and Royal Decree-Law 7/2013 to define the rights and obligations associated with this status. The aim is to streamline collaboration with organizations that demonstrate the capacity to work on protecting vulnerable people or those at risk of social exclusion.

Provides state action social third-sector entities with a clear, efficient legal pathway to collaborate with public administration, defining their rights and obligations in public interest activities, and enabling access to the collaboration regime for those capable of contributing to state social objectives.
