Public sector contractors: new price indices for contract price revision in Q4 2025

Order HAC/725/2026 establishes the labor and material price indices for the fourth quarter of 2025, required for price revision in Public Administration contracts (Art. 103 of Law 9/2017). The indices cover general materials, specific components for armament manufacturing, and components for regular road passenger transport. These values were approved by the Minister of Finance following the report from the Superior Committee on State Contract Prices.

For public sector contracting companies, these indices form the technical basis for requesting or applying price revisions under the Public Sector Contracts Law. Material and transport service suppliers will reflect inflation impacts in their price review formulas through the values published in Annex I. Their use is mandatory to ensure contractual price updates during the specified period.
