Order ISM/704/2026 establishes a grant scheme to cover preparation costs for competitive examinations for Ministry bodies. Access is based on the applicant's income level, and the regulations have been published in the BOE (Art. 131 LOPAC). The application period is three months from the date of publication (Art. 4).
