The Secretariat of State for Energy is updating the operating remuneration values for the third calendar quarter of 2026 for standard power generation facilities whose costs depend on fuel prices. This resolution is issued under Order TED/526/2024 and Law 24/2013 to ensure the updating of operating costs (ref. BOE index).
For power generation facilities with fuel-dependent costs, the resolution establishes the new remuneration values applicable during the third quarter of 2026. This allows for the updating of operating income in line with changes in operating costs (ref. BOE index).
