Summary
The resolution adapts personal assistance and home care services to better serve people with ALS and other complex, irreversible conditions. It is based on Law 3/2024 and corrects an error in Law 39/2006 via a February 2026 resolution (art. 1). The change aims to improve the quality of life for patients with irreversible conditions.
