The Directorate General for Food has resolved to dissolve the Agricultural Transformation Society (SAT) No. 8577 'Llanos del Almendro' and to commence its liquidation process (Art. 14.1 and 13.3 of Royal Decree 1776/1981). This decision follows the order from Commercial Court No. 1 of Tarragona, which approved the entity's voluntary insolvency proceedings (case 5/2026).
