Summary

The Resolution of 18 June 2026 announces the appointment of Rosa María Liberal Acosta as councilor due to vacancy in Malpartida de Cáceres after no candidates remained on the list. Representatives of candidacies may denounce irregularities within two days from publication in the BOE (art. 2). This mechanism enables substitution of local representative positions as provided in Instruction 1/2025 (BOE 31, 5 February).
