Public administrations must publish the agreement updating disappearance location maps within 15 days

The June 16, 2026 Resolution publishes the agreement between the General State Administration and the Generalitat of Catalonia to update maps of missing persons locations. This agreement is based on Law 20/2022 on Democratic Memory and the corresponding Catalan legislation. Publication occurs in accordance with Article 48.8 of Law 40/2015 on the Legal Framework of the Public Sector (cite: art. 48.8).
