Summary

The June 9, 2026 Resolution announces the appointment of Antonio Frutos Martín as councilor in Higuera de la Serena due to vacancy from the May 28, 2023 municipal elections. Representatives of political parties may raise irregularities within two days of publication in the BOE, as provided in paragraph 2 of section 2 of Instruction 1/2025 (BOE 31, February 5). This mechanism enables a quick review of the legitimacy of the replacement process.
