The agreement approves grants for the training of members of the Judicial Career, students on internship or substitution, and activities sponsored by Judicial Associations. A 3-month deadline has been established for submitting applications, in line with the need for continuous and specialised training. This change reinforces permanent training as a pillar of an independent and effective Judiciary (Art. 3).
Members of the Judicial Career and students on internship must submit grant applications within the established timeframe. Judicial Associations organising training activities must ensure compliance with the criteria. Training advisors must guide applicants regarding the process and deadlines. While the General Council of the Judiciary's competence remains unchanged, the framework for funding training activities is expanded.
