Foreign nationals with residency rights: 30 days to access digital services and 060 telephone service

The published agreement establishes digital services and 060 telephone access to facilitate compliance with provisions of Royal Decree 316/2026. This service is intended for foreigners with residency rights in Spain, enabling them to access administrative services via digital and telephone channels. Publication occurs in accordance with Article 48.8 of Law 40/2015, and access to these services will be available within 30 days of publication (art. 2).
