This resolution corrects typographical and drafting errors in the Resolution of 23 March 2026, which published the Minutes of the Joint Commission of the 5th State Collective Agreement for Youth Reform and Child Protection. It does not introduce substantial changes to the content of the agreement, but rather ensures the accuracy of the published official text. The amendment only affects the version registered and published in the BOE.
Workers, trade unions, and joint organisations subject to the agreement will experience no changes to their rights or obligations, but will benefit from a more accurate official version. Public administrations and employment services will be able to refer to the corrected version with greater certainty. Labour advisors should ensure that the updated version of the text published in the BOE is being used.
