The Resolution of 11 May 2026 publishes the Collective Agreement for Lain Technologies, SL, which enters into force on 1 January 2026 and remains in effect until 31 December 2028. This agreement regulates working conditions within the Industrial Research, Metallurgy and Technology sector, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015. The publication takes effect from the agreement's commencement date, rather than the date of publication in the BOE.
New working conditions will apply to Lain Technologies, SL employees from 1 January 2026. Companies must integrate the agreement into their internal labour management processes. Advisors should ensure the agreement is correctly applied to contracts and employment relationships. Public administrations may use the agreement as a reference in future labour assessments.
