The Bosch Service Solutions collective agreement for the Huarte and Zaragoza centres will come into force on 1 January 2026 and remain in effect until 31 December 2030. This agreement establishes specific working conditions that replace previous ones at these sites, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of the Workers' Statute Act. Publication in the BOE confirms its official registration and legal effect.
Workers at the Huarte and Zaragoza centres will be subject to the new working conditions set out in the collective agreement from 1 January 2026. Companies and trade union representatives must ensure that the new agreements are correctly communicated and implemented. Labour advisors must update their reports and guidance to reflect the new conditions.
