The 3rd Collective Agreement for Moeve's refineries in Gibraltar-San Roque, Tenerife, and La Rábida has been registered and published. It is effective from 20 December 2024 until 31 December 2025, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015. This period of validity may be extended. The agreement establishes specific working conditions for employees at these facilities.
Employees at the Moeve refineries in Gibraltar-San Roque, Tenerife, and La Rábida will be subject to the new working conditions set out in the agreement from 20 December 2024. Moeve companies must implement these new labour conditions and adjust their internal processes. Labour advisors should inform their clients regarding the changes to working arrangements and the responsibilities arising from the agreement.
