Intermodality sector to apply new collective agreement from 1 January 2026

The Intermodalidade Levante collective agreement is published with effect from 1 January 2026 under Article 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015. It introduces new working conditions affecting sector workers and companies, with a possible extension until 31 December 2026. The rules apply to companies participating in the agreement operating in the intermodal sector.
